  • Fruit is low in calories, but it still forces a choice. If at the end of the day I have 60 calories left over, I can have a plum or an egg, for example. But with WW I can have both. I've got to try MFP though. Stalling is seriously a demotivater, and I don't want to gain back what I've lost like so many people do.
  • I am bipolar type I. I'm on 3 meds and am very dependent on them. It would be nice get off of them. I've been doing Weight Watchers and that plan allows a person to have high amounts of sugar, a real flaw, and I'm a sugar fiend. MFP is much less tolerant of sugar intake. I'm addicted to sugar so restricting will be tough,…
