I thought the same thing. I think it is because of the tortillas. I just bake mine in a pan on the stove top with a little coconut oil.

The calories on this according to MFP is 646 calories for three tacos. It isn't 100% accurate, because I couldn't gauge the calorie content of the mango salsa, so I just picked a random mango salsa from the search list. Sorry about that.

Yesterday, I had a whole wheat tortilla with spinach, egg whites and feta cheese-should have added tomatoes to it. Today I had some egg whites and a whole wheat waffle with fresh blueberries and a little bit of cool whip on top.

Last night, I cut up some strawberries and a banana and put a little cool whip on it. It was really good and healthy. It satisfied my sweet tooth. Another idea is looking up healthy dessert options/alternatives on Pinterest. I absolutely love Pinterest!
