I agree, I think we all get discouraged at times. But if we don't keep to it, then we would never lose weight. The goal isn't to lose weight technically, it's to become healthier. Thanks guys, I will find out what suits me and try to stick with it! I am so very positive and certain about losing weight, I'm going to do my absolute best not to quit and give up!
