Totally agreed apart from 1 , if u need a treat have it today n adjust ur calories for tomorrow but keep it in moderation .

You r right, that's what it is a reminder of the things I have done wrong in the past so I don't do them anymore.. :) Diet should not be restrictive u should be able to have what u luv even seeds n nuts.

I never said nuts r bad Wat I said avoid if u can as there r better option which r less caloric dense .. for example 100gm of almonds 576 calories vs 100 gm of salmon 208 calories and when u trying to loose fat 376 calories matters a lot. Thnx man, u can 'sport treat ' fat ..Liposuction☺ But it sucks though. I have never been a big fan of calorie counting probably thats the trick I was missing, counting them now will find out 2mrw if it works..

They do but u can't overeat them , If u add them into ur main meals even without counting it's hard to eat more than 100 calorie worth. They should be part of everyone's diet when cutting as they get u full with less calories n lots of added vitamins. .
