  • Accountability: Wed 07/12: Back and Biceps Accountability: Thu 07/13: Rest Day Good workout yesterday although I realized my pace was slower than it should be. I need to stay focused and take shorter breaks. Had plans to get a run in today but chickened out because of the heat advisory. Way too hot for a run.
