Ok, it is 8. I just ate apple. That is it . No more. I think l.n.s. has been ruining my slim self. I think I have an extra five pounds from not working out last week and dipping into son's potato chips. Not tonight. Last thing an apple.

Late night snacking. Uh, it kills me. I am on a tea kick and that will help me. I also need to go to bed at a good hour. If I could get in bed at ten, L.N.S. would not happen.
