Thanks y'all. Today wasn't stellar. Dinner was sweet potato cooked in lots of coconut oil. Still, my macros were good. It's an emotional powderkeg here. I didn't want to complain about sweet potatoes. I can make more preparations tomorrow and Joe's I didn't get knocked out of keto.

For me, the butter coffee helps get me back on track fat. I use 12oz coffee, 1 saccharine tablet, 2T butter, 2T coconut oil. Then I whip out up w a stick blender. Yum.

Hi Christie - Today is my first day back on the LCHF program ala The Diet Doctor. I am trying to figure out percentages and grams and all that good stuff. I finally settled on ~1450 cals/day with 80/15/5. Also, I try to eat only between 1p and 8p. I love the way I feel when I eat this way. I'm back on and determined.
