Are you diabetic? I get those pains because of neuropathy. You can medicine prescribed from your Dr for that.

I am 53, Type 2 diabetic, hypothyroid and depression. Feel like crap and want to lose weight and get my energy back! Started exercising at gym yesterday and that's a start!
