I take quite a few vitamins a day at my Dr's recommendation. I don't think it's helped my weight loss, but it does help me in terms of energy and tiredness. I'd recommend it. It's pretty hard to OD on vitamins.

Always the night before. Sometimes days in advance. I just adjust things if I need to when the time comes.

I basically live on fruit, haha. I've never been one to worry about fruit having too much sugar or whatever. I have days where I only eat fruit. Personally I wouldn't worry too much unless you have a medical issue.

I do high carb low fat and it works for me, but like others have said, unless it's for a medical reason it's down to personal preference :) It's always better to do what you feel good doing so that you can make it a permanent change. Have you ever made nicecream? It's just frozen bananas blended until it looks and tastes like ice cream, then flavored however you'd like (eg with frozen strawberries to make strawberry ice cream, with raw cacao powder to make chocolate nice cream etc). It's freaking awesome and way better than ice cream imo.

I aim for 801010 but I'm often closer to 701515, haha. Are you transitioning from vegan to high carb vegan, or have you been hclf for a while? :smile:
