Welcome to the boards! You are right about slow, steady progress. It takes time to gain weight so it takes time to lose weight. Too many people try to lose too much weight too fast.

Welcome to the boards! I'm afraid I can't offer much advice for the particular program you're on, but it sounds like you have made amazing progress. I walk a lot on my job, too-- often walk 8-10 miles per shift. We control vehicle traffic at the Houston airport. Good luck!
