I've lost 50 pounds since September and have 24 left to lose to get to my goal weight. I've recently added 3 cardiomix workouts/week with a class that is offered during lunch at work. (I work for an awesome company that supports fitness!) I had to add some structured exercise and resistance training to get past a plateau.…
