Hi everyone! I know it's late but I so need and would love to join your challenge. I have had epilepsy for over 10 yrs. The seizures effect my pituitary and the meds often make me dizzy. Over time I gained a a lot of weight and it was hard to work off. I need some accountability and help to stay on track!
