Have you tried adding crushed hazelnuts? It's good fat and gives a great crunch. It is really filling too. In addition to berries etc, which do get boring, I add a spoon of honey and 20 or so crushed (150 cals) hazelnuts. Really good stuff. And yeah, Greek yogurt is the way to go!

I've done many half marathons while losing weight. I injured myself in one, which was my downfall both running and weight loss wise (ironically my fastest pace ever). I've never done a marathon and I would like to do one next year. I average about 35 miles per week in summer, these days I do about 20 in the best of weeks…

84 days before turning 40. I am guy who runs runs average 30 miles/wk in spring/summer. The weight used to shed easily but not anymore. Starting in my 80 day challenge, whatever that may mean. I'm even nervous about weighing myself! Ha! Anyway, I could use the support. Feel free to add me.

Be careful with vibrams and bare foot running. Depending on your weight it can do more damage than good (for men it is 175 lbs, don't know for women) I have been a pretty regular runner for about 10 years now, though I let it lapse a bit this past year and gained a bunch of weight.
