  • It's so hard to just have one isn't it though Kirsty? I nearly find it easier to not have any! This is my first week back to MFP after about 6 months of lazy eating and drinking. I really need to shift 20lbs and not drinking definitely helps. Great to have a thread I can relate to!
  • Great tip there, I know all the benefits of lemon water but was never keen on the taste. I prefer lime but not sure whether it's as good as lemon.
