  • CW: 160 lbs GW: 145 lbs (Christmas) GW: 120 lbs Few years ago, I reached my personal heaviest weight 150lbs, started MVP and dropped down to 130 lbs within 4 months. Then I lost my focus. It's been a while for me to stay within 159-169 lbs. Time to refocus and establish healthier life style :-)
