Thanks everyone. The last one went away. Mom (an RN) is pretty sure it's from all the working out says they're in a spot where my arms rub against shirts while I'm working out and sweating and all that jazz. More reason to pose weight, so my underarms can breathe ;)

Monday check-in: I think my weekend was overall a success. I was especially proud of when I ran up a ramp during laser tag and was NOT winded! I also forces myself to walk a mile Saturday morning, even though I was running late to get some errands done. I took my "cheat day" yesterday and finished only 200 calories over,…

About me: I'm 29, and a social media specialist. I was a reporter from age 14 until last year, and I'm still getting used to it. I come from a huge family, with 6 brothers and sisters. Half of us reside at my Grandpa's house (and garbage apartment), which we lovingly call, "The Compound." It's a bit much for someone who…

@Tammingtons - Good luck! You can do it! You did it before. I think we all have been in the boat of having lost weight before and having to do it all over again. This time around, I'm aiming for a lifestyle change. That way, I'll never have to do this again. Even after I reach my goal, I intend to keep working out at least…

Saturday success: I launched a Pinterest board for my job. For most of you, that probably sounds small. But with my job, it's huge! I work for a governmental entity that is about 20 years behind everyone else and very scared of the big bad Internet. So launching a Pinterest board requires approvals upon approvals. I also…

Thanks! Glad it's not just me.

I'm in! I have 80lbs to lose. I want to be on the other side of 200lbs for my 30th in 8 months. I'm determined!

@terri70 yay! Congrats! That's always the best! Being able to find clothes anywhere is part of my motivation. Usually, the pants at Goodwill that I like are in the smaller sizes :(

@Nikion901 I'm taking it as it comes. Every day I make myself go, and I have my mom committed to the nighttime walks. That helps a lot. I figure I'll get through five weeks at a time. Weigh-ins only at those marks, because I've found that when I weigh in too often I tend to think, "Well, I lost 5lbs, I can eat this cake."…

@KatD1226 that elliptical is something else! But walking seems to burn more calories, so I think we're in the clear :) @Pandabear0324 Thats a great goal! I get you with those classes. Something just clicked one day when I tired Nightclub Cardio. My moves look NOTHING like the instructor's and sometimes I do a completely…

I'm in the same boat. We can do it! I've been over 200 lbs since I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 14. After 15 years of a yoyo weight, I'm ready to take control with intentional and permanent weight loss. My 30th birthday is in early may, and I'm determined to be on the other side of 200lbs for that day. I'm currently…

As much as we hate to hear the doctor say it over and over and over and over (...you get the point), losing weight has helped me. I've been a yoyo since I was diagnosed as a teen and every time I'm in my smaller sizes, my PCOS is almost nonexistent (at least in the symptoms). Buy those weight losses were unintentional, so…

I kind of like the word, "cheating." It sounds kind of naughty, and don't we all earn the right to a naughty day every once in a while? ;) @ggillen412, I had the same feeling for my cheat day on Sunday. I had SO been looking forward to it, and it was not all I thought it would be. All my favorite (or used to be) snacks for…

Hi! I'm Christina. I'm a 29-year-old social media specialist, and I've struggled with my wright since I was diagnosed with PCOS 15 years ago. But enough is enough. I'm 280 lbs, and my wish is to be below 200lb by my 30th birthday in early May. I'm determined to make this happen. I started working out (again) two and a half…
