I think we have all been there. It is so easy to get discouraged. My nephew graduated from high school last Friday and my profile picture is one the photographer took that day. I was so embarrassed by the way I looked and I am back at it. Good luck to you. You can do it!

You can feel free to add me. I am 46 and really struggling. Could use the motivation. I am just the opposite. I love working out. It is the food part that I have problems with. Boy do I love my sweets!

Hello everyone! I am 46 years old and need to lose 140 pounds. Been hitting the gym regularly but the food part (especially sugar) is so hard for me. This time of the year doesn't help! I would love to give and receive more support!
