I'm still hanging in there, I'm finding this weekend harder than the last one! I'm not wanting a glass of wine but I am thinking about it a lot!!! I'm determined to do this though and I am now feeling the benefits, my mind is much more focused and the weight is coming off

Have you thought about switching your measurement and running kilometres rather than miles, it's easier to run an extra K than an extra mile. That might help increase your distance :smiley:

Have you tried massaging your abdomen? You need to massage your abdomen in a clockwise direction, it will help stimulate your bowel to move. The diarrhoea you had will probably be what's known as overflow where any fluid in the bowel bypasses any solid faeces. Keep taking the laxatives and drinking plenty of water to help…
