  • I use MFP to track calories and Fitbit to track steps/exercise. They sync each time I go into MPF, but go to Fitbit app first so it gets latest steps from your device. Best advice is to only eat back half to two-thirds of steps calories, and see how you get on for a few weeks. Can't advise on treadmill as I don't use one.…
