At the end of day, subtract your net carbs fiber from your total carb intake and that will give you your true daily carb intake. Ex, for me since im keto as well my carb intake on my macro breakdown was 35 grams, my net carbs were 15. So 35 minus 15= 20grams I would actually count towards my daily carb intake.

Keto coffee= black coffee, with 1 tbsp of coconut oil/or mct oil, 1 tbsp of butter, cinnamon, 2 tbsp of heavy cream. Optional with sugar substitute.
