I do walk for 7 minutes for two breaks and 14 minutes on my lunch. I go up/down two flights of stairs 4 times a day. I do walk for water and the bathroom often. I'm just worried it's not enough. I think I may need to get up earlier to go work out.

This is correct. You have all day to burn breakfast, then to burn lunch. Not so much time to burn your dinner off. I don't have an exact breakdown, however.

I think about breakfast the night before. As I'm eating/making my breakfast, I pack my snacks that I'll eat for the day, and log them. Then I pack my lunch. Don't give in just yet! Don't get me wrong, you can have sweets still, but this app will keep you on track! Keep reading motivational posts on here. I need to lose 100 also. No one in my family is supportive or on board either. We could motivate each other!
