Walking is definitely a great start! You can always add walking 5mins then run 1 min. You can keep building up until you get stronger and get more endurance! I also think yoga and water aerobics are wonderful and have less impact on you joints! Good luck and remember something is better than nothing!!

The same thing happened to me. Seemed liked forever to hit the 10lb mark!! It finally happened and I was on a roll. Now I am down 16lbs and have hit another plateau. I'm still working at it and trying to stay motivated to get to 20lbs!! Good luck and keep at it!!
