  • Thanks y'all. I have a vivofit. Tracking lots of data. I just started so now I am having small successes like eating well 2-3 x a day instead 2-3 x a week. I have started logging everything. I have already found substitutes for bad foods. I have decided I will not beat myself up. Small victories. Will get there!!!
