Woah that's crazy! In Australia you are meant to get a 30 minute break every 5 five hours.. How does one handle such a small break for a long shift?

Yes I am starting my exercise routine back from tomorrow the past week I have had a few doctors appointments for anxiety and just been ill

I started using magnesium bath salts a month back and they have helped ease my anxiety slightly but thanks for the recommendations. I will look into buying that book if I can find it :)
