Losing weight but feeling constantly bloated
Since starting MFP, I have lost 18lbs but lately I've constantly been feeling bloated/fat.. Would this have something to do sodium or water intake?

Weight-loss goals..?! And have you given yourself a "goal" date?
So I'm wanting to lose another 25-30lbs which for my 5'4 height and currently weighing 147lbs I think it's doable.. I want to lose the weight by mid February - early March and was wondering if having a set goal date is better with helping to get motivated and keeping on track? Any advice is great :)

Best/Funniest or Worst compliment you've received when you lost weight?
Today I had someone at work ask if I was doing wrist exercises because they were looking tiny, and how my face was looking slimmer.. I didn't know wrist exercises existed but I had a good laugh afterwards haha

Feeling sick after eating
After eating meals, even just small snacks I always feel physically sick afterwards. Sort of like a vomit feeling and also bad stomach pains... Has anyone ever felt this way after eating, not sure if I should be concerned?

BMR confusion?!
So if my BMR is based at 1500 calories does that mean I'm having to eat more than 1500 calories per day or less than 1500 calories per day? I've totally confused myself reading into TDEE and BMR..

Caffeine, alcohol & food addiction?!

When I was little (3-6 years old) I'd go up to elderly people and ask if I could call them my grandparents.. Most would buy me food so I guess I was a bit of a sneaky child lol!

How to stop cravings when you are on you TOM?
TMI!! Does anyone else get really bad cravings when they're on they're time of month? What do you do to stop these cravings? Or do you try and eat them in moderation? I really don't want to undo any progress I've made and I always seem to binge big time! :neutral:

Losing weight but not seeing any progress??
So far I've only lost six pounds so I'm not expecting to see any spectacular changes, but I've honestly not noticed a single change in my body whatsoever.. When did you all start noticing your weightloss? Also is it better to go off body fat percentage or to do actual body measurements?

1200 calories struggle!!
So for the past fortnight after my last major panic attack I've basically had little appetite.. I've been logging in my food and struggling to reach even 900 calories most days. Is it better to just leave it as is or should I try and force myself to snack on something?

Losing 30 pounds by 31st December
Would like to know some people's opinions on setting myself a 30 pound weightloss goal by 31st of December? I'm 5'3-5'4 and around 150 pounds so is setting a goal like this too much or is it obtainable if I was to be on 1200 calories everyday and keep up with exercise?

Losing sleep - anxiety
Does anyone have any tips for getting a good nights sleep.. I've tried drink herbal tea before bed, trying to go to bed early and eating a smaller dinner but nothing has been working. I think my anxiety might have a lot to do with it but living off 3-5 hrs sleep is becoming a burden! Any tips would be amazing thanks :)

i'm currently writing down the exercise I did for the day and was wondering as i'm a gymnastics coach where I am standing, walking around, spotting kids and showing skills do I include this in my exercise or leave it out?
