loss of appetite - extremely under KJ intake

Does anyone know of high calorie dense food that aren't necessarily filling on the stomach? The past week I've been quite sick and can't seem to stomach much at all.. Only been eating yoghurt, cheeseburger and home made dim sims

    Peanut butter. Two tablespoons of it will give you around 200 calories.

    Avocado. Half an avocado is anywhere from 130-200 calories.

    That list isn't completely accurate. I see "pretzels" and I automatically think the list is flawed.

    Pretzels work perfectly depending on the goal.
