  • I recently downloaded a sleep well app and an asmr app to listen to! I will have to put those to use tonight and hopefully they will calm me down a bit :) thanks for the info
  • I may have to try this out!! I am the opposite though i tend to stay up to the silly hours of the morning and than sleep until midday.. I have stopped having coffee and energy drinks which has helped a little bit but my brain is always on thinking mode through all hours of the night
  • I find clothes shopping to be quite anxious as the first time I lost weight (25 pounds) I didn't drop down a size until than! And even though people could tell I had lost weight and so on it can be quite disheartening not seeing the results when trying to buy new clothes..
  • Currently been given breathing techniques from the doctor to see if that works (so far it hasn't) and with exercise I am restarting tomorrow which I'm looking forward to, after being ill for the past week
  • Try and incorporate some healthy fats into your breakfast and on those earlier days make your breakfast the big meal of the day.. I'd recommend avocado and egg on toast this is a filling breakfast or making a heaped smoothie bowl
  • I seem to find weekdays harder, as I work near many takeaway cafes/bakeries so I tend to go there for lunch. Whereas on the weekends I can plan better and spend more time making healthy meals.. I have improved though with pre-planning meals through the week so I hope to stick by that :)
  • Thanks for all the good ideas!! I will try and incorporate some of these during the week :)
  • Doing a weekly or fortnightly weigh in normally works best for most people, as you are able to see the actual weight loos compared to water weight and bloating if you were to weigh yourself every few days
