Penguinmama, I think you're right. I'm letting my wants direct my eating. I get hungry and start snacking, which racks up my calories for the day. I plan my meals weekly, so I will give pre-logging a try and just stick to that as best as possible. Thank you! And thank you MsCzar! Very helpful advice
