I think all that person was trying to say is that it is a massively unhealthy weight loss typically. The healthiest recommended weight loss is 2 lbs per week. They're perfectly right to be worried about you.

Try soylent. It's a meal replacement shake that you can eat for every meal forever and theoretically need nothing else. It's gluten free and has all the protein you need. It tastes like waffle batter but other than that it works great
