5lbs here it's hard to get it off but so darn easy to gain it's crazy!!

Mine was doing the same but notice that it was a little wiggly it was because the floor was uneven in some places try moving it around to the point It's set still and always place it on the same spot to get better results also do not weight yourself on carpet

Thanks and no it didn't seem strange I'm barely staring into this thingy is my second day and when I saw this diet on YouTube I thought it was an awesome idea I'm very ignorant when it comes to all this healthy thing and eating good I mean this is why I started doing this cuz I haven't been a very healthy person I think…
