Yep this is the situation in in. I started at 63 kilos and opted for 0.5 per week loss. Was recommended 1200/day. I'm just hitting 0.5 loss per week... It is hard though! Hence why I'm always going a little over :)

Hi everyone, I have been on MFP for 4 weeks at 1200 calories.. Hoping to lose 10 pounds! I am still finding it hard to stay under, I usually go 100 Max over, but I have still seen results!! Would love to know what satisfying meals you guys make to reach your goal !

I can't eat gluten. I'm celiac, it's not fun lol. Was diagnosed 6 years ago after an endoscopy. More calories sounds good though :)

Thanks Paul for the encouragement. Know what your saying. I think I feel a sense of entitle ment for just cutting out the drinks, but it's becoming clear that I will also need to move more! Goodluck with it all :)

Thanks for the response.. Yes it's 1/2 lb per week. I went from drinking barely any water to 2.4 Ltrs a day. No reduction on scales at all, slight increase... It's a little disappointing
