I know how you feel, I have lost nothing for about 4 weeks but have gone down half a dress size!! We must remember that the scale is not the only thing to think about although sometimes its hard!!!

I have lost 1 pound this week finally breaking a four week plateau :) Now lost 8 pounds since the start of October, 12 to go!!

You have still lost the weight its just hidden under the fluid at the mo, as soon as the fluid reduces then so will your weight try and keep your chin up and believe me I know that will be hard keep trying to eat as well and exercise as well as you were before and when the fluid gets its self in check you will be rewarded…

I stayed the same again :( Bit disappointed but need to remind myself that I have already lost 48 lbs I was unfortunately going to plateau at some point but its still frustrating... The crappy rainy weather is not helping as its much harder to motivate yourself to go out walking!! At least I have zumba on Monday to look…

You are deffo going in the right direction to get rid of the blood pressure medication, I have been off mine now for 3 months and am managing to hold the bp down I have so much more energy without the tablets I honestly cannot believe how much healthier I feel without them. Keep focussing on walking, fresh air and blue…

Sorry to hear you haven't lost as much as you hoped but reducing the medication is great news, focus on being healthy rather than the weight as if you can get healthy the weight will follow.

Wow that is an amazing weight loss congratulations, we all fall off the wagon from time to time and 2lbs isn't too bad a fall !!!

Stayed the same this week which is a relief as I have been dreadful!! 7lbs lost so far 13 to go.... hopefully now that the PMT has gone I will be a little more focused and the cravings for chocolate won't be so bad!!!

Thats a great idea I mostly worked on stretching and very gentle walking to try and loosen it up, thankfully its on the mend and I managed to go back to zumba although I couldn't fully keep up!!

I know just how you feel have had a terrible couple of days diet wise, have picked up a knee injury so had been feeling a bit sorry for myself!! Just what you need when you can't exercise much, more calories!!

Thats a really good tip, I have deffo not been drinking enough water gonna start measuring it into bottles in the morning and make sure I have a good amount each day

Weight loss so far, w1 - 5lbs, w2- 0lbs, w3 - 2lbs total so far 7lbs in 3 weeks :)

Gutted stayed the same this week :( Was really good too so was a bit frustrated and have been dreadful today with my food.... Best get back on the wagon tomorrow and hope that next week I get a good result

Starting weight 264 now 259 - 5 lbs lost this week absolutely over the moon with that loss :smiley:

I know I'm a bit late joining but am at 267 and would love to shift 20lbs or more by christmas. Would love any support or recipe ideas as am not the worlds greatest cook!!
