5' 2" SW 194 lbs CW 133 lbs GW range 120 - 129 lbs From spending my whole life overweight, I'm just super happy to feel confident now :) So I'm not too fussed how quickly I get down to GW, just that the scales head in the right direction and I enjoy the journey to getting there. No point in killing it for the last 10ish…

I did this a few months ago and have recently just completed the 10K challenge!! Running just 5 mins was a serious (and unenjoyable) challenge 10 months ago, now 30 mins is a "quick" run and I actually love it! :D

I ran a full 10k in 60 mins of non-stop running for the first time ever in the weekend. I also went shopping for summer tops (inspired by the gorgeous weather). They are SLEEVELESS for the first time in years. No hiding my arms in jumpers this summer!

My boyfriend showed me a photo he had taken that I didn't know from about 9 months (and nearly 60lbs) ago when I had been walking in front of him. I could hardly recognize myself, and he was really proud of me! He told me that I had been his inspiration to lose over 30lbs since Christmas. He's looking great. I…

I'm Hannah, 22 -- looking to lose another 10 - 20lbs for summer. I've lost 53lbs since August. Looking for more friends on here for accountability! I think I might be getting lazy with my diet, because it's coming off much slower now!

I'm from Wiltshire, living in Hull :) Feel free to add.

The NHS C25K program says it should take 9 weeks, but because I had a lot to lose, I decided to take my time with it and repeat a few weeks... several times. So, instead of 9 weeks it took maybe about 4…

I'm in a similar situation as well! I've lose 53lbs so far since reaching my peak of 194lbs (5'2"). Now I'm 141lbs (GW 120-125lbs) and struggling to lose now! Still at the gym a fair bit, finished C25K, and now on the 10K, and still trying to keep that cheeky snacking low... But I feel like I'm losing motivation. I feel…

I'm 5'2", lost 47lbs in the past 6 months, and I have another 11 necessary pounds to lose (with a further 15 vanity pounds probably). Feel free to add me - feeling like I need the motivation and accountability! Reaching the point where too often I find myself saying "this journey is about sustainability, not denying…
