6/13 192 lbs great choices for breakfast and lunch. Planned what I was eating. Did not have any of the donut holes at work. I told myself ‘you’ve had those before, not so great. So leave them alone’. And I did. 3.59 mile run/walk. Easy walk for 1.36 miles for cool down. Had very cold, very good fresh fruit for dinner.…
