I do this for snacks after a work out. I'll add in dried cranberries and even choc chips for a little pick me up. You can add whatever you like.

Have you tried a colon cleanse? I would recommend doing a search for it, but I tried it and it definitely cleaned the system out. Literally water and natural sea salt. Nothing to eat in the am. Only drink this (look online for measurements) and within 30-45 mins you will have to go. Once the "cleanse" is complete you can…
