I get a bag of frozen chicken breast and throw it in a crockpot, shread it once it's done. then on one meal i'll do cheese, another bbq, ect.

I eat sweet potato fries all the time. Except I actually bake them so there's less calories. Sweet potatoes are nutritionally great. Don't worry, fried sweet potato fries are probably a few hundred calories, maybe 500 cals with ketchup.
