  • PW 174.3 CW 174.9 Well, I believe I survived being sick for the last two weeks. Doctor put me on antibiotics, steroids, and cough medicine. I haven't had any energy for exercise, and I was making poor choices for meals. I'm going to start back into exercising this week so I can get my weight back down.

  • Hello everyone! I used this rainy day to dust off my row machine and plan out my exercises alternating between the row machine and strength training.
