  • I like mine simply for the fact that it syncs with our wellness program at work and with myfitnesspal. This way I don't have to constantly remember to log everything, it does it for me. And I like that it tracks my sleep. It's helped me to realize I need to discipline myself to get to bed at a reasonable time.
