I am up 0.7 for my "official" weigh in Too much salt in foods out gets me every time and not enough water intake on the weekends. I'll get there and I'm still on the right path

Totally look into your insurance or employer wellness programs. I can get reimbursement up to $300 for fitness club memberships

Everyone is doing great!! I did very good last week with my weigh in today of a 3.1 loss for 3.8 total to this challenge. Today I just didn't have it in me to exercise. Tuesday's are hard. I think it is because I sleep so terribly on Sunday night that Monday I am so tired when I get to bed I am just out and so groggy.…

I weigh daily and log on Happy Scale. This allows me to see the daily fluctuations and to not freak out. I have my "official" weigh in recorded on MFP on Tuesdays.

I have sent you all a request... I am 41 and started this life change in mid October. I am down almost 20 so far and have at least 80 more to go. I have a goal of 185, but when I hit that, I plan to keep going. That is the weight I last remember in the 90's :-) I have a Fitbit too that I am enjoying. I just got an an Apple…

Hello! I am 41, a mom of one, a wife and full time employed. I started my current weight loss plan on Oct 12th @ 273.5 and my 'official' loss so far is 17.4lbs. I do not have an ultimate goal yet as looking at 100+ was just too much. I'm looking forward to a healthier 2016!

I noticed around 15lbs in my face and clothes. My pants were not as tight and the butt was baggy. I read a ton on here my first day and took pictures. They don't lie! A quick side by side and you can see a difference. I also re-arranged my pants in my closet to order in how they fit on me (not the size since it is so…

I don't know your current stats, but being overweight can stop / delay your cycle

Simply Excellent!

You can do it! I think the logging is great.

Congrats on seeing your dedication paying off! Keep up the great work

Hello! I am Tricia, 41 married with one child. I started at 273.5 and am currently 264.4. I did Jenny back in 2007 and did really well, then got pregnant :-) I did the program again in 2012, lost around 50, then started traveling a lot for work and I made excuses, then gave up. So three years later, I am back. I am trying…

It can be done! I recommend small goals, like to be down x lbs by Christmas. Any extra movement you can do will help. Marching in place doesn't cost anything and can be done anywhere. I am very out of shape and have been walking 30 minutes each morning m-f. I've also been taking the steps more often. My SW was 274 on Oct…

I recommend smaller goals. It makes the big one achievable. I started one month ago at 274. I am down around 9. I have a "mini" goal to be down 20 by Christmas. Looking daily at a 100+ goal is too much. You have to do this for yourself and be in the right mental spot. I think that once you do really well for a few weeks,…

I will continue to track. It has not been close since I got the Fitbit three weeks ago. Thanks for the info on the height. I didn't realize you input your stride.

I started T25 at 285. I have stayed with alpha. I still can't burpee. I can't do too much of the jumping. When I can't do, I do those leg kicks to keep moving. The one with the upper body and abs I suck lol I look at it that I am still moving. I'll get there and you will too! Don't delay. It's another day past of trying to…

It might not be that off. I walk 35 min with my dogs and my Fitbit estimate is around 375 and I am 267 5'9 and 41

Depending on your starting weight, beginning at 1200 may be too low. I assume you eat more than that now. Maybe do 1700 a week or so, then 1500 until you get halfway to your goal, then drop to 1200.

Hello everyone! I am back on Jenny!! I last was on the program in early 2012 and lost interest after 50lbs, which was about 65% of my goal. I first did Jenny in 2007 and stopped due to pregnancy. This time, I really want to get to goal. I am tired of being tired!! I'd like some connections for advice and motivation!

Hello! I am at my first week back on Jenny and down 3.3. This is my 3rd time on Jenny. I lost about 50lbs each time, then get uninterested and gain the weight back over a few years. I really like the app. It's visual and if I am honest, it should be able to agree with the lbs lost. I'd like more "friends" for motivation.
