Even if I don't start a specific weight lifting program, is there a way where I can make a mix of different full body workouts and do different ones for the 3 days a week? Hopefully that made sense. I do so many in one day and the 5x5 is probably something I should start doing but I don't have a partner for spotting but…

There is so many lol. To make it simple, what do anyone suggest for a 3x a week full body strength training split?
-
I would like to start a certain program that would help me, but I don't know where to start. I don't want to have to pay for a plan.
-
I say I do make up my own workouts....no specific plan, I guess I felt that the more I do, the better results but I think I'm kidding myself...

Well almost every symptom leads to hormone imbalance because I'm also getting tender feelings in my breasts (not swollen), a sudden few seconds of intense cramps, but the bleeding stopped. It was just so weird because this never happened before and I thought it was due to maybe overexercising or something.

I guess that makes me feel a lot better. I use to be triggered by numbers years ago but recently when I released I'm considered "overweight" when I'm by no means fat or overweight, I now tend to forget about the number on the scale, the BMI chart, and now this. I do go by how I wear clothes and how I feel. I'm very happy…

I'll get back on that. I'll get some progress photos when I'm not bloated and in the mornings. I don't really like taking photos of myself bc I'm not good at taking photos and I'm camera shy

I'm just curious is all

I noticed that I ate whatever I wanted the past few days and don't feel bloated or heavy at all. Normally I do but not so much anymore. I love the view and scenery everywhere I go. Especially at Ground Zero and the Statue of Liberty. It's unbelievable and so beautiful. Not to mention the streets are not so dirty and it…

I would, but since it's a family trip, we tend to stay busy and going everywhere all day. All the walking does drain you but I'm missing my weight lifting. Can't wait to get back home and get back on my regular routine.
-
I do want to keep doing my ab workouts and maybe get in a few push ups in along with other leg workouts. It's just finding the time to actually do it since all the walking does tire me out.
-
I would go to the gym at my hotel but they don't have much, also, we are doing so much walking everyday. Surprisingly I don't feel bloated when I normally do. Maybe because I'm trying to eat less fatty foods. I guess I'm just worried on losing my muscle and putting on fat if I skipped.

For what I posted, I see those as light weights that I can use to do 3 sets of 15 reps. I'm just not sure what's better to do just to improve my strength and physique either continue to do what I'm doing or lift heavier but with less reps.

For my upper body, using machines or cables, I'm using between 40-50 lbs, dumbbells are 5-12 lbs, and legs (depending on workouts) ranges from 60-140 lbs but I'm happy with my leg workouts, it's the upper body I'm more concerned about since I lost a lot of strength due to an ED three years ago and trying to get my strength…

People mistaken me to weigh between 115-125.
-
Also let me point out that I use to weigh this number and was a size 14-16 (xlarge-xxlarge)
-
I use 5-12 lbs for different workouts. I usually do 2-3 sets of 15 but normally just do 2 sets of 15 since my upper body tends to get tired very quickly.
-
We don't have a row machine at my local gym, u pretty much have to pull a bench to the cables, I'm consuming around 1500 during the week, sometimes more, I have a cheat meal one a week, I also do cardio everyday after weights for 45-1 hour. I do strength training on MWF so I do take a day off to recover in between.
-
I been using dumbbells of 5-12 lbs of different workouts by doing 2-3 sets of 15 but recently have switched over to using cables, rope, and the small bar (which have been difficult). I also tried using a curl bar for the first time and been using 2.5 lbs on each side but even using the curl bar is very heavy to me. It also…

I guess I'm just tired of feeling weak.
-
I guess I mostly wanted to try the barbells and T bar but not sure where to start. I kinda expected more comments lol. It's just been awhile and I think I should change it up even though I been changing the weights every 1-1.5 weeks.
-
I was planning to just workout at home and maybe go back to the gym on Monday or just sometime next week.
-
If I want to avoid cheat days/meals for awhile, would it be better to increase my calories a bit? I do get hungry on 1500 and I eat every 2-3 hours. Sorry for all the questions, just need advice and opinions that would be beneficial for me since I do seem to struggle a bit.
-
If it's not the best to have one every week, would on every 10-15 days be better?
-
I do want to make this as a lifestyle, I want to make weightlifting part of my life and surprisingly I'm enjoying it. So much better than spending hours doing intense cardio daily bc I tend to dread of the idea that I have to do so much cardio daily and fast rather than give myself some protein before bed to prevent…
-
Could I expect to see results even with cheat/treat days/meals only in a deficit? Or will these prevent me from seeing results?
-
Last I weighed I was 134-135 (no longer care about the number, just want to lose fat and build muscle and stay sane) I'm 21, 5'2 and I workout daily (MWF weight lifting, TTh abs, with daily 45-1 hour intense cardio (38.0 incline and 3.8 mph).

Tomorrow morning I'm scheduled to meet with a personal trainer. Is there anything specific I should mention to him to reach more goals and what should I expect?
-
I apologize...it's just very stressful bc all my life I struggled and could never reach that certain goal no matter how hard I try. I never want to give up, and I want to find something that will work for me. I try to stay positive with it because I don't want to be anymore stressed out than I already am. I don't care for…

I guess it's habits where I feel like my diet can't include treats or foods I enjoy in order to get the results I want. Like I feel like I can't have any of those unhealthy treats and have to substitute. I also seem to have little patience and feel like I can't relax. I feel anxious and feel like I need to keep pushing…
