Yup squishy type globules after weight loss, but my abdomen region has sort of tightened up after I have started doing planks. The process is very slow though and is taking me around a month to lose an inch of my waist from the navel. Planks & HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) are your best friend.

Best Option After WorkoutMeal Carbs - 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Protein - 4 or 6 0z Chicken breast or Turkey or have a Casein Protein shake and add a few grams (15 or more ) of dextrose to it. Depends on how long and intense you are running/working out.

Have a Casein Shake, its very filling and low in calories, carbs and sugars.
