  • Left one is from 2017 during my last student years and I was 137.5kg. I've already started my weight loss and I was about 10kgs down. Don't have any pics on my heaviest. On the right - last summer at about 115.5kg. Aiming to better myself this year.
  • I've checked with Samsung's Facebook support. For Android - I've cleared the cache (Settings>Apps>Samsung Health>Storage>Clear cache), force stopped it, re-linked with MFP and it fixed the issue.

  • Not a fan of the keto diet. Did it a few years back with a combination of other mistakes. Yeah, I lost 45 lbs (20 kg) in about 3 months, but I also lost A LOT of my muscle and not that much of my body fat. I aways felt weak, slow and sleepy. If you decided to do a keto diet - don't overdo it. A few weeks should be enough…
  • Day 52 Starting weight: 308.6 lbs (140 kg) Goal weight: About 260 lbs (118 kg). Eventually a six pack (The heavier I reach this goal - the better). • Oats, milk and an apple. All mixed in the blender. The same for the last 50 days.
  • That's why I pointed out the body fat percentage. You could be heavier than what BMI thinks is normal and still being healthy. Of course sometimes the BF% and BMI results overlaps, but not exclusively.
  • Never cared about BMI. According to it, I'm morbidly obese at about 20% body fat (BF%). BMI doesn't take into account that a person is training, nor the amount of muscle he/she has. From my perspective, the BF% is the thing you shoud care about. But mostly, how you feel in your own skin and are you satisfied with what you…
  • Hey, everybody! Dieting for 46 days with a cheat day on my birthday (in the beginning of the month). Weightlifting for 4 days a week. Only a calorie deficit for now, no cardio. I'm having a surgery on my chest in May. I'll put two-three cardio workouts after my weight training, after I recover (I'll not be training for…
  • Hello, Roseanne! I didn't read all the comments but by the look of it noone mentioned the following: in the process of weight loss not only you burn fat but also you build muscle (I mean if you are training in the process and as I read you do). So the scale is not everything. It can't measure your body fat before and after…
