Yes definitely will be your accountability buddy!!! I am finishing my second week of the advanced walking 30 day challenge tomorrow. I look so forward to Saturday morning being a day off. :)

I have lost 10 pounds and need to loose 20 more, small baby steps, set goals that you can reach, that will help motivate you, and once you start seeing changes that will make you keep at it. Good Luck to all, keep focused you got this hands down!!!
