Also I run 4 days a week n do weight training and In burning 600-700 calories in 40 minutes doing HIIt. On the treadmill. It is the way to go and you burn more calorories a lot quicker. You should google it and read about it.

What types of foods were you eating B4? Maybe they contained less calories than you are eating now? Did you exercise B4 also? It really doesn't make sense and that is a lot to gain in a month.

I went on a cruise the end of July and had gained 6 lbs in one week. Two weeks later, I had lost it all, give yourself time and it will be gone before you know it!

Mine says 1200, don't understand why ours would be different, but if you are sticking to 1600 maybe that is your maintence number?

You are eating too many calories. I'm 5'3 n 129 lbs. Started at 134 n I've always eaten 1200

There is no way that you shoukdnt be losing weight especially if you are running 3 miles a day. That would burn at least 300 calories which means you are now only consuming 700 calories a day. I honestly think u r taking in too few calories per day n your body is going into starvation mode and storing fat instead of…
