While the DVD is excellent, try and find a class local to you. I'm a PT and I was the doing the DVD, did the first full month and loved it. Then found out I could become an instructor. Never looked back. The classes are fun, energetic and give you that same INSANITY rush/burn but you get to it with like minded victims....…

Find an insanity Live class..... I teach Insanity and if you like that kind of thing then the class is the way forward.... Classes vary from 50mins down to 30mins but you get the whole INSANITY experience with like minded people.... And you'll get pushed like never before

I like a split work out based on normally 12 weeks. The first 4 weeks I build Endurance with reps in the range of 15-20, second four weeks I go for Hypertrophy rep range around 8-10 with the final 4 weeks being strength reps around 3-5. Have to agree I've got the polar H7 chest strap using with iPhone for simplicity. Use it all the time what ever the workout including when I run the Brighton marathon and when I teach INSANITY Live. Are you doing the strength, balance and cardio on all three days are they separate ie day 1 is strength day 2 is cardio day 3 is balance if so you can register them as they are. If all three days is a minute then I'd add it as circuit training
