bover145 I agree. I learned a lot on the WW system for 3 years. I track and will continue but now with calories. I lost 30 pounds gained approx 6 to 8 back but the program went stale. I went to meeting every week and was down a pound up a pound. I like counting calories because it is everything. I think all this free stuff…

For me any aerobic style exercise. I prefer the elliptical, was running but can't due to my knees. Walking is good too.

It is funny how when shopping I go to the same old size. Somedays I just don't feel like I truly loss but when I look in the mirror (really look) I see the results. This is a mind set to. I am going to loose weight is the attitude to have. I want to get healthy ! Thanks for sharing
