Hello! Yes! I'm at 30.4 on m6 BMI, mines a little different as I have had both tubes removed and I can't conceive on my own, the doctor won't allow me to have ivf before I have a lower BMI. So here I am! :)

I had exactly the same problem, I didn't lose for over 3 weeks, active, eating well, in a deficit every day, and then on Friday I lost 8 lbs, seemingly overnight. Very unusual! Only weigh yourself every week, and stick to it. If you know you are eating less and the right foods, you will lose. Just wait it out :)

You're not the only one, running is ridiculously painful. I wear sometimes two sports bras at once, I've tried so many brands and nothing works. It's a seriously dangerous endevour as you can end up with a black eye or worse!

Sweet potatoes done that way are heavenly. I miss that so much! I've just been boiling and mashing mine . Still tasty compared to normal potato however, and helps my sweet tooth haha!

That's interesting about the Fitbit logging steps, my steps arnt that high on the day I wore it. I was at 5000, which I would say was quite accurate for the amount of running around I was doing, I'll have to test it and see if it logs steps for cleaning and dying sofas. What causes us to retain water? That might be a possibility. I have stretch marks, just the scales arnt moving. They may have been there before though and I'm just noticing now :( I forgot to log this weekend as i was so busy, however, it was almost identical to what I eat every day.
