Another one for shock value, I just checked my BMR, it's 1457. That's your "running organs, digesting, basically just existing without doing anything" number. And I'm probably not that much bigger than you. I'm 5'2" and only 30lbs to go.

I did a 1000 calorie deficit early on, for my first 25 lbs of loss, now I have probably a 750ish and I think 1000 would be really hard. As I get closer to goal, it's harder to eat less.

PCOS can work with CICO. It's just a matter of adjustment to the CO side.
