Just for today I will not eat anything containing sugar. I can do it and I will do it. Target date 14.7.18 I will be fitting into my favourite blue trousers.

Just read your post this morning Miss and thought that is a brilliant idea. I will make myself go and look in the mirror when tempted to eat off plan, even if it is just one or two extra pecans. Thanks for your inspiring idea.

I made the decision yesterday to lose 1 lb per week until Christmas, so your inspirational post has motivated me to make good decisions and choices each day till Christmas. I intend reading your post each morning. Thanks so much for the motivation to stop overeating and so become slim again.

My step it up goal is to stop eating anything which contains sugar or flour. I had successfully lost 20 lbs but succumbed to eating home bakes so regained 10 lbs, but have come to my senses and will record my food so that by Christmas I will be slim once again.

JFT I will do as yesterday and stay OP. Yesterday I was successful and today I will be again. I will just do it. I will be committed, persistent, determined, patient, so that by June I will be wearing my favourite dress once again. It will happen. I know it will.

JFT I will not overeat. I will eat the way I did when I was younger and very slim. It is mind over matter or perhaps platter. Today I will think before I eat and stop eating as soon as I start to feel as if I have eaten enough, instead of finishing everything on my plate.

Failed yesterday's goals, as I was unexpectedly invited out for lunch where I ate the three foods I said I would not eat. I find it very difficult to refuse to eat food which has been prepared for me. My goal is to lose enough lbs to allow me to wear 3 beautiful dresses I bought last summer, which now show lots of bumps from the 10 lbs I have put on since then. I will just do it. One day at a time. 1 lb. at a time.

JFT I will not eat sugar,cheese or nuts, because once I start I can't stop. I am so disappointed in myself, as I have gained 10 lbs since last August by sabotaging myself by indulging, but just for today I will stop my overeating.
