  • Hello everyone! I started at 151 lbs. I've lost 20 lbs so far and currently at 14.2% body fat. I've another 30 lbs to lose and hope to get to 8% body fat in a few months. I joined MFP 2 months back but just discovered this group and would welcome friend requests from people on similar journeys.
